Claiming back PPI procedure

Hi
I am starting to claim back PPI on two Abbey loans and two credit cards, a Marbles and a Capital One. Please could I ask some questions about the procedure?
1. I have sent off the template letter to ask for T&C. What will happen if they don't respond withing 12 days? Do I go ahead with the questionnaire and send a letter saying I asked for T&C but didn't get them, detailing the account number and including copies of the statements/papers I do have? I have read something about SAR request, but I can't see a template letter for this. Will I need to do it?
2. I currently have account numbers and a few statements showing PPI was taken - is this enough to make a claim?
3. I am making a claim partly citing my generous contract of employment where I am entitled to 3 months full pay, 3 months half pay then a negotiable mount after that if i'm off sick. Also, I have a 3 month notice period and, even when I took the first loan out, I had been there 10 years and was entitled to redundancy pay. I also had a lot of equity in my house so my borrowing strategy included a 'worst case scenario' of selling my house to pay off any debt. On the loans I was told that the PPI was compulsory. On the CC I didn't even know I had it until I was sorting through some old papers. Do you think this is enough to claim? And should I write all this on the form? I do have my contract from back then as I am still working at the same place - will I include this in my claim?
Sorry to be a pest, I am trying not to stress over this, I hate confrontation, will I have to speak to anyone or is it all done by letter?
Thank you in advance for any guidance and advice.

Skip the part about terms and conditions then; you only need these if you don't know the account numbers. Just follow the simple steps at the link, look for complaint reasons that apply to you and complain:I currently have account numbers and a few statements showing PPI was taken - is this enough to make a claim?

You don't have to speak to anyone at the Bank in order to do this. It can all be done with written correspondence. Details at the link.
Write everything that you believe supports your claim. Send copies of all supporting documentation as well.Should I write all this on the form?0 -

The complaints process timescale is set by the FSA. 8 weeks if the timescale they are allowed before you can escalate it.any advise would be gratful
