Any construction/surveyors advice please

Hi
We live in an old 1920 built chalet bungalow which has an empty void under the ground floor.
3 years ago we had a loft conversion done with new staircase and a dormer put in. All surveys and reports done to comply with planning laws.
Recently, we have noticed floor to ceiling cracks (not major but bit bigger than hairline) appearing in 1 of the downstairs rooms on walls and around the door frame. Any advice please? Would the house be settling 3 years after the construction work? Do we need to get a surveyor in?
