Vampirette
Packed full of fangtastic songs, spooktacular dance routines and loads of laughs, get ready to vamp it up at Vampirette!
A comedy musical like no other, this all new show from the producer of Never Forget follows Vampi, a young vampire who is determined to be a normal girl! In this clever comedy the life (and secrets) of a Vampire family in Manchester are revealed as they set about their daily lives. While Vampi’s brother and parents are contented vampires, she just wants to be ordinary - spend time with friends, fall in love… and have a reflection!
Vampirette, combines the attraction and fascination with Vampires with fun, laughter and above all great music, in a stunning stage show that includes spectacular vampire flying sequences, prizes for best dressed audience members, a puppet bat, vampire themed cocktails at the bar and classic songs including I’ve Got You Under My Skin, Down At The Club, Come Fly With Me, California Girls, Total Eclipse Of The Heart, Eloise and many more...plus some wicked dance moves.
Writer Jonathan Choat said: “Manchester has such a vibrant entertainment scene now, that it is the perfect place to stage the world premiere of Vampirette which I believe will be a great hit. You will know the songs and you will be singing them for weeks after, and our dancing and special effects are just spectacular ‘’.

Thank you for this OP. Have been looking at booking this for a little while but with it being free, better still.0

Has anyone used their free tickets for Vampirette yet? We're going tonight but on the tickets it says to go to the box office at 5pm, which seems a bit of a pain for a show that starts at 7.30pm.
I think in the past it's been fine to pick them up later, just checking if anyone has picked them up later for this show. Thanks0 -

Hi, I went to see the same musical last week at the Opera House. I don't know about 5pm.... I went at about 6.15 to get tickets as my ticket said pick up between 6 and 7 for 7.30 start.
I think you would still be able to pick them up later but you may not be guaranteed a seat although I doubt it.I'm sure this site makes me spend more than I save :think:0 -
We went to see this last night and really enjoyed it. I know the reviews have been mixed but it made us laugh and some of the singing was very good.
In the end we picked the tickets up at 7pm, the person at the ticket office did frown a bit but there were still tickets left. In fact we had seats in the middle of the front row of the circle, exactly where I would have chosen to sit so it was great.0 -
