Can anyone tell me, with talk talk, im in contract for another 18 months, yet now they've put up their prices. Am I bound to stay with them or was my contract with their old prices?

No, because it was not a fixed price contract. But if the increase is detrimental (more than inflation) then you can reject it and leave without penalty.
