They are really annoying me as people say them so frequently.

I hate the first one, coz maybe I am just blunt, but if you've got something to say you should say it!

I too hate the overuse of 'basically' and also 'at the end of the day'...I have a workmate who's always saying it and when she says 'at the end of the day' I interupt with 'It gets dark'. I know I'm being annoying but she realises when I do it how much she's doing it!
