Cashplus Card Renewal

My Cashplus pre-paid card is due to expire at the end of June, according to their website it is usually renewed 'about a month' before the old one expires.
Just wondering if anyone has one of these accounts where their card has been renewed and was the new replacement card issue pretty smooth - was it replaced a month before or sooner/later than they say?
Really don't want to get on the phone to them - the last time cost a fortune!
