LCP - Roxburghe

Hello,
Can anyone help please?
We had a parking charge notice from LCP back in January and ignored it.
They sent a reminder in March and we ignored that.
Now we have received a letter from Roxburghe Debt Collectors threatening legal action.
Do we still continue to ignore and risk a court claim?
Worst case scenario, if we get a court claim on what grounds do we appeal?
Many thanks.

1. Roxburghe's cannot take people to court, they are Debt Collectors and your ticket was issued by LCP.
2. Even TCP won't take you to court, they would lose very badly.
3. Its just another templated letter that is well documented in our letter chains sticky thread at the top of this forum.
4. Your defence would be that the charges levied do not represent a true reflection of losses suffered as a result of whatever conditions you are alleged to have breached. It wouldn't last five minutes. Roxburghe's know this, they will stick with trying to scare you. Its their best bet.
Continue to ignore them. And Graham Whites as well.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
We had a parking charge notice from LCP back in January and ignored it. Correct
They sent a reminder in March and we ignored that. Well done
Now we have received a letter from Roxburghe Debt Collectors threatening legal action. Wont Happen
Do we still continue to ignore and risk a court claim? Yes
Worst case scenario, if we get a court claim on what grounds do we appeal? You wont go near a court
Many thanks. You're welcome!0 -
Your only chance of sharing a Court room with Roxburghe is if you sue them.
They have NEVER taken anyone to court in many many years.
Neither has the phoney, fraudulent "solicitor" called "Graham White" who will be next on the agenda.
Please relax, it is just part of the scamming procedure.
Buy a ticket for tomorrow's lottery, it has more chance of winning the jackpot than of Poxburghe taking you to court.
Oh, and if you beat those odds, I will be more than happy to defend you.
Just ignore them, they really are pathetic. And forget all their misquotations of court rules, completely meaningless.0 -

The worst case scenario is that you will...get more letters! This time on different headed notepaper passing themselves off as 'Graham White Solicitors'. That's what everyone gets but it's all rubbish, just pen-pushers sending threatograms.
And 'Graham White' is just another name used by Roxburghe:

You knew to ignore the first letters so I was a bit surprised you weren't expecting the Roxburghe/Graham White letter chain? All these letters are shown in pictures in the second-to-top 'sticky' thread on this sub forum. The stickies are always at the top for info (but ignore the Park Right one).
See my signature, the forum index is just one click away and you want to read the thread called 'PPC letter chains', Watchdog clip and all. You should be just playing PPC snap with each matching letter by now!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

just to let you know,, the phoney soilitor graham white is situated on the next desk along to the clowns roxburghe, all part of the same scam,, worry not and ignore everything.0

Sobell (Graham White) doesn't even work there - he just lets them use his name. Try ringing up and asking to speak to him! Good luck!Je Suis Cecil.0

Yes, Michael Sobell is well into his seventies and supplements his pensions by letting them use his name. What else did you expect from an industry that is based upon telling lies?0
