Dyslexia is part of the 'declaration', when you book your test, long before you actually take your test you will be asked if you have Dyslexia.

Why do you think they are a danger? If you don't know them very well, how do you know their abilities?

I passed my test in the 80's - no written test, just read a number plate, was shown some pictures of road signs for which I gave verbal answers and then told I'd been successful.

Might this person have been able to manage that?

Yes, what's the context for your concern? Have you seen them have an accident or something?
