Citi financial success

After trying and failing to get anywhere with citi finance about their serious misselling of ppi( they told oh take ppi or no loan), we have had a letter from them today with an offer! Had to go through the FOS but we got there in the end!
£714 cheque on its way!

Hi Congratulations on your success, How long did it take? and did you have a large loan with them?:rotfl:

We had 2 loans with them, both for around £1500, both paid off. We started the claim in January, but heard zilch from citi, not even acknowledgement of the claim form. So after 8 weeks went to the ombudsman and within 2 weeks of going to them we get this offer! Brilliant.

thats great, we had one loan with them around 6 years ago which we settled, got an acknowledgement letter from them around 2 weeks ago saying they would look into but heard nothing since, hopefully we will hear something soon:j
