Post IVA Question
Hi,
I finished my IVA early last year and the 6 year thing is sometime in 2013. I applied for a mobile contract and was rejected as i thought the contract was so cheap with a large amount up front for the phone.
I assume this will now appear on my credit checks. Will this stay on for 6 years from when it was applied, even after my IVA stuff drops off
