paypal chargebacks

Hi
I sold a mobile phone on ebay 1 month ago for £325 to a buyer in Ireland. I sent the phone by international signed for. Today, paypal have informed me of a chargeback due to unauthorised activity/transaction. Hopefully, I still have the tracking details at home but there's a possibility I don't. If I lose this money, which I am sure I will, do I have any legal grounds to pursue Paypal for the amount? I'm sick of the corruption on ebay and it seems that both ebay and paypal do nothing but encourage it through their ridiculous protection of buyers and the ease with which they accept new registrations.
I love the idea of ebay but I've lost so much over the years attempting to sell and sticking to their rules.
Thanks

Your best chance is to find the receipt to prove delivery. You need to keep them for I think 6 months.0
