Is it possible to change my user name and if so how?

Due to the nature of some of my more recent posts, I'd like to change my user name to something a bit less identifiable if possible.

Please can someone tell me if it is possible to change username on this forum?

Also, is my email address viewable by anyone on the forums or does it remain private?
