Laptops Direct any good? Maybe BHS?

Hey
I have seen a laptop for sale with theses guys.
Its a refurb.

I really need most of the spec and can not afford a new one.

Laptops direct and bhs are selling a similar model.
Are they in any way connected?

I have checked the forums and heard some horror stories...

    I bought a refurbished laptop from Big Pockets ( home of the famous bag o' crap!), and was very pleased with it.
    That gum you like is coming back in style.
