Any reason to use H-L for ISA over Interactive Investor?

fairly urgent request as have to decide today!
Last year opened first stocks and shares ISA with HL and put a new bond in it. Invested £5600 and this costs me £28 in admin fees
Would have liked to keep ISAs all together but I now use iii for share investing and have realised that it will cost me £10 for the bond I want to put in this years ISA and no further charges.
Obviusly if I was buying lots of individual shares each year then H-L would be cheaper but if its just one bond then iii wins out so far as I can see
The only thing I would put in ISA would be bond or infrastructure fund as am already retired and lower rate taxpayer this wont change. Reason I want a quick reply is am going to buy Tesco bond and its closing early due to heavy demand!!
Thank you
