Hi!
I was silly and acidently threw tickets away (4xstone roses) whilst decorating the house..... ooooops!
I have contacted them and they said tough s*!t basically...:(
Do I have any chance of getting the money back, I paid through a visa credit card also.
Thanks in advance for any advice!
P.s. I wont ever do this again, Promise x :rotfl:

You have no recourse to your cc over this (there is no breach of contract involved).
So it's down to the merchant's goodwill, and it seems they won't play ball.
Your only chance may be if the concert gets cancelled - some promoters just refund the purchaser without wanting any tickets returned if a concert gets cancelled with no new date set.0 -
Were they expensive? How about your home insurance?0

I bought them through SeeTickets for £256.
They were purchased on a CC that has now been paid off and closed..
Thanks for the replies so far0 -
Can't you ask for replacement tickets, say they went missing, if tickets get sent to a wrong address for example the company will send the tickets again and void the other tickets.0

they would have been secure delivery. Ie someone would have signed for them so they know they were taken in for delivery by the buyer.
Standing tickets are rarely duplicated. hence why they are sent secure signed for most times0
