Will Next Directory remove late payments - goodwill letter?

I have sent Next a goodwill letter to ask them to remove my late payments with them (x2 late). Has anyone had any success with next even replying to a goodwill letter, let alone removing the black marks on my credit?

I understand that it's not expected of them, nor do they need to reply. Just worth a try!

I doubt they will remove these marks against you, they may have done for 1 of them if they had agreed that they were partly responsible for the missed payment but companies are not very forgiving when it is more then once..

I hope that they prove me wrong but I would not hold your breath. Don't worry too much though in the long term they will not cause you too many problems as long as your other accounts are in order and you don't miss any more...
