    Thank you to all the guys for posting their replies on this.

    I think the best things for me to do is have a proper look at your account and see what is going on.

    One of the things it sounds like it could be, is sometimes the Direct Debit is re-calculated if we have refunded all of the credit from the account. So we start from zero and calculate for the coming year.

    But unless I missed it, you don't mention a refund.

    I am here every morning until Thursday and will look at it as soon as you send your details.

    I'm sure I will be able to help and get this sorted out for you :)

    No you didn't miss it. There has been no refund hence my confusion.
