Hey All,
I have a Neff enr v5340x0gb Washing Machine that has suddenly started displaying an E13 Error Code when it tries to start a cycle.
Funnily enough the handbook doesnt cover this Error Code, it only covers upto E08.
Here is a picture of the code in action...

Does anyone know a quick fix for this at all? Or anything i can try? someone has suggested try and clear a filter but i have no idea where this is
I would appreciate any help at all,
Thank You
James

I think ive found the filter, its at the front of the washing machine at the bottom left corner, i unscrewed it and some water came out.
Its fully unscrewed but will not come out any further, am i ment to be able to take this out? or do some machines not allow you to do this?

My machine isn't a Neff, but has what is termed a self cleaning filter. It does need cleaning out from time to time though and I've found it difficult to remove it after unscrewing it.
What I do is either put a rubber glove on to give me a better grip, or use a silicon type jar opener given to me by social services as an aid to my arthritis, which helps me get a really good grip to be able to pull. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
Thank You for your input, i tried again and tried removing it at an angle, it removed fine then.
To my horror, it came out with a bra wire, rusty nail and another long metal object + lots of bits of broken pencil lead.
I guess these items have been causing horrendous damage to the water pump and its probably now broken, it still wont cycle, could the pump of over heated? and leaving it over night it may work again in the morning?
Here is a nice picture of the !!!!!!s....
