    I've received the £10 :)

I opened a new account on Thursday, never received a follow up email from Red Spotted Hanky, just the first 'Thanks for registering'

Found the tickets I need for next weekend. Only problem is, I dont have a station anywhere near me to collect the tickets (nearest ones 30 miles away) and it's £7.00 to have them delivered.

Tickets only £7.60 to begin with.

Anybody know what happens when you try collecting the tickets using an e-voucher?

Says you need to take the credit/debit card with you to collect tickets. My tickets are under £10 so I won't need to use a card.

I just used my bank card when I went to pick up my free ticket. I think it's just used as ID so you can't say it wasn't you. hth

I am already registered with them, entered the code pressed submit and the page didn't change, and I haven't received the £10. Did anyone else already registered have this problem. Thanks Diane

I am already a registered user of this site, and although it says that the offer should be available for me, I cannot find where to enter the code, as this is only on the new user's part - anyone got any ideas?

Same for me, can't see the Sun Voucher Offer box on my User Details screen.

    Have emailed them asking why.

Whereabout in your account do you find if the £10 has been added? I signed up ages ago and don't seem to have anything yet.

When you log in goto account and click e-vouchers.

Just put any card into the machine, then it will ask you for the reference number for your transaction.

I did it this week, I used a voucher that covered the whole cost of my tickets, and then just put my bank card in, followed by the reference.
