I also registered my new account on Thursday and got e-mail straight away thanking me for registration. I was surprised it had no mentioning about e-voucher. I e-mailed them at the same day but still no answer...:(

Yup that's the one, just a generic registration email :( Boo. I don't mind waiting the 72 hours, but I would have expected an immediate message acknowledging that I'd entered the code at least?
  • Has anyone bought tickets from this company before ? I haven't any experience of this company and just wonder if they are reliable. Many thanks for any replies.

Bought some on thursday and opted to pick them up at the train station via machine as they are available 2 hours after booking. Printed them out no probs. All set for the olympics now :)

I've used them about 8 times now since the first code for them was put on here about last summertime and never had any problems at all. Also have a few friends that use them and I've never heard of them having problems. Their loyalty points system is pretty good too if you use the train alot.

I am already a registered user of this site, and although it says that the offer should be available for me, I cannot find where to enter the code, as this is only on the new user's part - anyone got any ideas?
