I recently booked a cruise holiday for October this year but I have realised that by paying the £500 deposit by Debit Card and not Credit Card (as there was a 2.5% fee to use the Credit Card) that we do not have the same level of cover if Cruise Line or Travel Agent goes broke. We have to pay the final installment of £3200 in August and if we pay by Credit Card there will be an £80 fee. My question is this - If I pay part of the final balance, say £100, by Credit Card will that offer my the same protection as I would have if I paid it all by Credit Card. Any advice welcome.

Yes you can, but why not take travel insurance as it will be cheaper and will also cover you and your belongingsDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
