Haha classic!
edit: Funny how the "clique" (learn the spelling) happens to be the financial professionals. And presumably the non-clique happen to be the non financial professionals. When you get arrested, which given your morals is certain to happen, will the police be a clique too? :grouphug:
Yes spelling on the iPad is not the best situation to be in, but to my credit I am watching BGT and trying to think when you last posted something of revelvance to the topic at the same time, you can probably tell, I'm not really taking your post seriously now....0 -

This post has gone off topic several times and is no longer relevent to the original post.
I have my personal veiws and experiance on this situation and will refrane from making comment on whats been said but i will say one thing that my gran said to me years ago.......

Any chance the person who offered to help was the mortgage broker who then you publicly recommended on another thread...?
So no financial interest there then?
I would kick you out of my office even if you wanted to be a client, just for your outlook on things..
And unrestricted internet access does not mean you cannot be productive the whole day...
It just gets better
Why do you keep making assumptions? You don't even know what I do for a living!
No finincial interest at all, they just specialise in mortgages for that type of customer so I past on the details like a good member should, it was a forum member who emailed me not a company or broker looking or business.0 -

On a side note and then I am done; you came on about 830am yesterday morning asking for some generic mortgage advice?
By 5pm that day, you felt the need to showcase a mortgage broker - and one kind member pm'd offering help..
Does not sound suspect at all!I am a Mortgage Broker

I have been a member on here since 2005, if i was after 'promoting' someone do you not think i maybe would have done it before now?
Simple fact of the matter is it took me less than 24 hours to ring a few brokers and been reassured that a mortgage for my particular situation would not be an issue. Yes it would not be at high street APR's but still less than i or others in my situation would pay renting, this forum is about sharing knowledge, not ramming ill informed comments towards people with information that is not relevant to their needs.
This is all in the same time other so called brokers and finical experts would rather have spent there time trying to argue legal facts about subjects they clearly have less knowledge than me in. Congrats I'm sure would be mortgage broker seekers and members seeking financial advisor's will be very impressed with it all.0 -

I see part of this forum as education, unfortunately some cannot be educated
Never argued the legal facts, my issue is the morality. Incidentally, reading forums on the internet when you should be working does not consititute knowledge; children can read, retain and then articulate.
Officially, this is me done. I pity the local council or government picking up the tab and hopefully if we stop kicking you, you may take your happiness elsewhere.
Officially out of all of these posts!I am a Mortgage Broker

Your posts really are starting to turn into a joke, i clearly said at the start of this post that any moral issues i could have had on this matter were put a side a long time ago, yet you still question morality. For once i would re read your own post and take your own advise "retain and then articulate" not simple repeat to me 'issues' that I have no interest in.0
