Anyone else who is with Talk talk having problems surfing the net ?

when I use the search bar on home page ( Google) I get a fatal error message appear stating unable to connect.. not sure if it is them that has the problem or me.

Firefox is working o.k though?

Ran hijack this and it looked like a few things had been changed.. Google update? So I decided to do a system restore and it appears to have fixed the problem.. but it is slower than normal?

If Firefox is connecting to the internet, then it won't be a TT problem - that is obviously working.

It's your other web browser that is faulty.

Have you tried resetting IE ? Internet options/advanced/ reset - You will need to reset add-ons after, internet options/programs/manage add-ons (the only ones I would worry about is any AV add-ons which protect yr surfing).

Very ? are you with TT too?

I had a lot of security updates from microsoft yesterday don't know if it was anything to do with them? anyway put them back on after I did the system restore and... it is quicker now .
