Back in october i connected my mobile to the laptop for the first time and performed a synchronize with the software provided. All my data has been copied to microsoft outlook. So far so good.
Since then i had added and removed contacts and calendar entries on my mobile. I decided to backup my data to my laptop. First i opened up the microsoft office and found it was easier to delete contacts etc rather than amend it. I then emptied the recycle bin.
Once done i connected my mobile and performed a sync. Diasater. Majority of my contacts and calendar entries has been deleted from my mobile.
Can i retreive my lost data? Is there a old microsoft outlook backup file that may have the old data?
Lucky for me i had some of the important contact and appointments written down. The rest i have lost
