Nice basic little system for the office. For £233 you're getting a slimline base that will allow you to surf the internet and do all your basic office tasks, added to this is a 15" TFT flat panel - not some big chunky CRT monitor that will take up all your desk space! So over all a good little system that has a very small footprint.

Just over 3 hours left on this deal and if you put XP at the end of the code you can get it with XP Home ...just in case you don't trust Vista yet (and probably better for the spec you're getting)

Hi, we are really interested in this computer, but when we click through all the various components on offer, we are still coming out with a price of £332 and that is including the £60 shipping discount.

We are not adding on any extras, just all the basics that are 'Included in price'
Are we supposed to put a code in, and can you tell me what it is??

    Thank you

I suspect that Vista will crawl on this spec.

It will indeed crawl, but sod that! This is a bargain!

Buy extra memory after you get it, as the dell price for RAM is a rip off...

    But the machine is superb!
Anyone looking at it, make sure you spend the 20 odd quid extra to upgrade the processor, or better still go for the 3800x2... well worth the extra.
And like I said, buy more memory later.

    Good spot by the OP.

Yep ordered it two, upgraded the OS to the Vista Business (that requires a gig of ram), upgraded the graphics card, CPU, Memory and HD and its still cheap. After that i ordered a gig of ram from another place so it will have a 3gig cpu, 160gig hd, 256mb graphics card, 2gig of ram and all this for less than 500, great deal.
