Did you take it up with the 'phone shop, who I believe were running the promotion, and would have access to the T & Cs to know what you are qualified for. And would then be able to resubmit the appropriate points to your details.
Hi no1catman, yes, I've taken it up with them about 6 times now and made around 15 phonecalls, 5 emails and a letter and still they fob me off! Each time, after eventually getting through to the 'right' person, they tell me it's now been actioned, but it still hasn't been done. Grrrrrrrrrrrr.:mad:0 -

Do you have a Tesco mobile or is a 'T' mobile? Believe the 20,000 promotion ( I've heard of some only getting 10,000) - related to the latter. So as I said it would be the Phone shop in the store where the promotion was that should be able to check the T & Cs and get the promo points actioned.
Don't know who you were calling or emailing e.g. CC would have access to that info.
If you did get to the 'right' person- it means he/she has authorised these points to go on, and that will get processed and added on. They don't have the power to put them on and you see them the next day!I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
I have asked this on the JTD thread but I am sure you Savvy lot will know the answer, I would greatly appreciate the help! I would like to double up some vouchers for some everyday baby stuff and have been having a look at Asda who have currently got the night time pull ups half price whereas Tesco are full price, would I be able to use the double up voucher and still get JTD on top of that?0

Yes, I think you can. Just be careful the JTD is not over £20.0 -
I've been looking at two particular Morphy Richards kettles, there are 2 simillar MR ones online priced at £39.97 and £29.97. There is only one type instore priced @ £39.97 but the pic on the box has a blue illuminated window and the kettle inside is one with a black window. I don't see much difference in them and was thinking of exchanging vouchers online, but am not sure which one I'd end up with. Also the descriptions are different to the pic and comparison chart http://www.tesco.com/direct/product-comparison/product-comparison.page?products=208-2975|208-2975,215-0417|215-0417 I'm also wondering what I could get to cover the extra 3p lol!0

I'm just experimenting with the online vouchers. I've followed this link (adjusting it for the small appliances as I want a kettle) but I don't know how many vouchers I need to ask for. I currently have £15 worth of vouchers (with an added £4 surplus that if I get more vouchers through post I might be able to turn £30 into £40 worth of vouchers but the page says 3x£10 vouchers = £15, so do I need to ask for 6x£10 or will it automatically double to £30?0 -

It was a T mobile, bought online and yes, the T&C's have been checked several times by the 'right' people and confirmed I am entitled to the points. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to accountfor them actually showing up. I am aware they will tame longer than a day to show up, but it would be nice after 5 months. It's no through lack of trying, believe me!0 -
Does anyone know if you can double your vouchers then spend them on rewards? thanks0

Sorry to be a pain but I dont usually double up my vouchers so its new to me. I see audio is included in the double up, does that mean I can double up £100 worth of vouchers to buy an apple ipod classic priced at £200, is that right?
That is exactly what I did this time last year. Got new Ipod Touch for DD and DS and it cost me nothing.0 -
