The £10 off code is still valid but you can't use it in conjunction with double up vouchers!

I notice on my clubcard account that I have vouchers for some small like £10 etc and a few vouchers for £45 + - what do I do with these - I want to exchange for some baby/toys/electrical/gardening - but I only have a few actual vouchers?

Also there is a huge chance today that one item im after I will receive DTD on as its gone off online and is ood SEL instore - so was wondering if I use vouchers for this purchase how would I be refunded !

Plus I have a conditional spend coupon - can I use this instore with my coupons and cash?

I wish Tesco would actually credit me with the 20,000 clubcard points they were supposed to, back in March (for a mobile phone deal) so I could actually take advantage of these offers! Again, today they've 'promised' they've finally done it, just like they said last time and the time before that.

    I won't hold my breath.

I was hoping after I could see TVs were not included, that I could pick up a mobile phone instead.

I had a pop-up chat thingy which asked if it could help and I explained to it that I was looking for a new contract and handset and wanted to use th double-up scheme.

I was then told the double-up scheme could not be used in the phone shop online and only instore, feels a bit rubbish because there are no decent handsets instore (OK, none that I liked or would want to spend money on, those that are worth maybe just about considering are over priced) the online prices seem a bit more competative but they are not included in the offer yet other things (say for example an ipod) are included....confusing and annoying! Guess I'll be going without a phone then as well.

Oh well, one less thing to worry about paying for I guess just had felt it would be very useful to me especially for emergencies and problems with the transport etc which I can anticipate with the ever encroaching Olympics planting itself throughout London in the oncoming months.

Sorry to be a pain but I dont usually double up my vouchers so its new to me. I see audio is included in the double up, does that mean I can double up £100 worth of vouchers to buy an apple ipod classic priced at £200, is that right?

Did you take it up with the 'phone shop, who I believe were running the promotion, and would have access to the T & Cs to know what you are qualified for. And would then be able to resubmit the appropriate points to your details.

    Please, please remember:

    - read the instructions - don't assume,
    - know if you want in-store or direct - you can't change your mind,
    - know the category you want - you can't change your mind,
    - have a Plan 'B' - Tesco give no guarrantee on availability - if your 'ideal' is not in-stock' you need an alternative before the end date - you can't go for a different category.
    - and finally don't leave it to the last minute!

NB if you have a high value voucher - you can convert it into multiple vouchers of different categories.

On bottom of my receipt yesterday it said that clubcard points had been reset and are going out in the post now,

If you log onto your clubcard account online all vouchers have been updated so available to spend.
