If its off the shower spray bit have a look in the £1 and 99p shop for shower spray heads and see if they have the same part on it thats if you need a new part.
Failing that goes to a plumbers merchant and ask in there whats its called.0 -

Its an offset inlet connector for a surface mounted shower valve. It allows you to make adjustments when the pipe centres coming out of the wall don't line up with the connections on the valve.
Difficult if not impossible to find off the shelf you normally have to go to the manufacturer for a replacement. Most plumbers will have a bucketful in the back of the van as they are pants anyway and don't get used. A showerpl8 being much better. I have heard a rumour that another method is to go into B&Q buy the cheapest bar shower you can, unpack it carefully, use the supplied connector, repackage the rest and take back for a refund. Completely immoral of course and you wouldn't catch me advocating such a solution..;)
BTW Whats wrong with it?

And it really !!!!es off the next poor sod who has to leave pipes hanging out of the wall to make a 20 mile round trip to take it back.0 -
It was a joke! Oh but I see you got it as you clearly would never buy an obviously opened package without first checking it was all there.
