Hi,
I emailed the "team " at confused asking for help to login as a new client.
I got this back:
Hello,
Thank you for your email

You will not be plagued by nuisance e-mails or calls from any other source resulting from entering details on our website. Confused.com do not sell any leads to third parties.

Contact centres often have pre written letters/ emails.... person reads email, sees it is one on privicy so sends email B12... it would appear on this occasion someone has selected the wrong stock email, just reply back saying they havent answered your question. All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers

Probably not.
With most websites you have to wait patiently for them to answer your email which can take anything from an hour to 5 days in my experience (or never if it's a government site.)I'm not cynical I'm realistic
