Painter and decorator Derby - prices?

Hello

I need someone to paint my 4 bed detached house from top to bottom (probably just whitewash) to freshen it up. I have 4 beds, a bathroom, ensuite, lounge, dining room, stairs, hallway and kitchen - so quite a lot of rooms basically!

How much should I be expecting to pay for something like this?

Also, if anyone has any recommendations for someone in the Derby area, I would be eternally grateful!!

your best just ringing some decorators and getting them to have a look at the job and pricing it up.

If you do want people to give you a VERY rough idea then it might be worth putting the room sizes up.

Work on £ 300 - £ 400 per room including hall and landing as separate rooms. Some may be more and some will be a lot less but it will give you a very rough idea.

Having said that get three decs round to independently quote you. That way you'll really know.
