I would like to warn everyone about a company called ENHANCE FINANCIAL SERVICES and not to enter any prsonal details whilst online, i was looking for a loan comparison site and was dircted to this company i had to enter my bank details and click confirm i enterd my bank details then seen in the small print that there was a charge of £39.00 for the service of provididng me with a loan, i decided not to use their site and quickly pressed the red cross in top right corner to close the page, I did not click confirm and i did not tick the little terms and contions read box either, that was two weeks ago, when i went to the bank today my money had gone over half of it when i enquired in the bank what had happened i was told there was a payment pending( so it,s as good as gone) for £69.99 when i asked what it was for i was told it was an admin fee for a company called ENHANCE FINANCIAL SERVICE(MACCLESFIELD) this was a charge they had put to my account for getting me a loan, i was really upset and angry at the time, i couldnt belive it i had not taken out a loan i hadnt confirmed anything with this company i hadnt so much as had an e mail from them, i rang the bank to try and get the payment stopped and was told they couldnt do anything untill the money had gone out and only then if i could prove that i had not agreed to the service so how is someone meant to do that, you cant is the answer it seems the banks have little to no protection for people in this predicament. i contacted the firm and was eventually told i may receive a refund after 30 days and they would need cancellation papers filled in and returned it took 24 hours to e mail me theese papers, I cant beleive they took £70.00 from my account just becuse i went on their site, i never took out a loan id had no correspondance with this company at all after that one time, it seems that if you enter your details online then a company can just help themselves to your account and the bank are powerless or not bothered enough to help, I just wanted to warn people incase they do the same thing i did, i,m a single mum on benefits and i study at college full time it makes me sick that theese companys rip people off like this, they are a terrible firm beware i will update this post in the future so i can let anyone know whether i did get my money back or not dont use

And thus zx81's rule of punctuation is proven.

A sorry tale, but a common one on these boards, I'm afraid. Never, ever, give your bank details to these sort of bottom feeder lenders and brokers. They will tke the money. The good news is that you should be able to claim it back from them, less £5 they are allowed to keep, if you are persistent. Follow their terms and conditions for reclaim exactly.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0

It's certainly possible for the data you entered to have been transmitted to their web server even if you didn't hit a submit button. To see this feature in action pop off to Google and begin a search. You'll probably find it looks things up before you hit a submit button. It's a clever feature, but is open to abuse.
Enhanced Finance only displays a holding page at the moment.
I'm not sure whether you could make a chargeback via your debit card. Perhaps someone else could clarify?
I suggest that you didn't commit to the transaction because you didn't knowingly submit your card details. Sure, you typed them in to a form, but you backed out of the transaction/contract.
Also, it appears that Enhanced Finance hasn't actually provided you with a service, so you've effectively paid for nothing.0 -

Full stops are way outdated, comma's are the way forward.0 -
comma's are the way forward.
Preferably without the intrusive apostrophe.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0 -
