Family issue regarding Will

    Thanks, everyone. I told OH i had posted and will show him your replies. I agree (as does OH) that she should go to a solictor. I think the idea of OH and his sister going with her first is a good idea as she is always reluctant to do things on her own. She can then discuss it through with the solicitor on her own later. THat way the other BIL can't have an influence as he seems to be telling MIL to bypass the mother altogether - even though it isn't his business.

    SIL (widowed one) has been reasonably well off having been left money by her parents and then received an insurance payout for BIL (Yes, even after suicide. Amazingly). But she has spent it all in paying off her mortgage and doing work on the house - as far as I know there is no debt.
