    me too, it is supposed to be a straightforward transaction but there are so many things that can go wrong at any stage, so many other people to rely on (when you know you can do a quicker, better job yourself) so much is out of your sontrol and so much hassle with packing etc that if this sale and purchase of mine EVER gets through I will not be moving again until I leave this earth in a wooden box (and then I won't care!)
