CollectPlus.....slow poor service!

I want to warn others about the poor level of service and slow delivery times I am experiencing with CollectPlus.

I had a parcel in their system since 26 April and it is still at one of their depots 2 weeks later! I emailed to have it returned as my buyer has cancelled due to the delay. CollectPlus suggested I give it another week!

I have emailed again asking for them to call me. It's no surprise to me that no-one has got back in touch!

Utterly frustrating.
