G24 Contractual Parking Charge Notice

My daughter has just started work at Sports Direct.
She received a "contractual parking charge notice" today saying a sum of £95 is payable but if paying within 14 days £75 will be accepted.
They have photos of her car entering and leaving 336 minutes later.
She has done 2 shifts so will have another one on the way.
I'm 99% sure she can ignore it but would like confirmation please?
Also does getting more than one of these make a difference?
she now knows she should have asked the manager to add her to a database.

Ignore G24, its presumably free parking and she works there so they have lost nothing. Make sure she is on the list to make sure she does not get loads of scrap paper attached to the car.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Make that 100%. Confirmed.... I'm 99% sure she can ignore it but would like confirmation please? ....
See the stickies, she'll get letters from G24, then CCS collect, then ... nothing. They don't do court.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -
Make that 110% given that G24 never take any of their stupid notices anywhere near a court. Probably the firm forgot to get her car details, or the drone thought he knew all the authorised cars so just thought he'd introduce himself to this new one....0

Thank you

I just wanted a bit of reassurance as she's only been driving 6 months so was a bit worried about ignoring it.14 Projects in 2014 - in memory of Soulie - 2/140
