Car Insurance making their minds up!
ARUGH..... I'm fuming with my Car Insurance company!
Long story very cut short...
Had a crash other partys fault.
Car got repairad with a few hiccups along the way...
3 weeks car was in body shop:eek: got him back to find a funny noise going on, me being femlae I turned streo up and booked in my mechanic to look at it
Turns out the Secoundary Air Pump is broken, this was fine before accident, no noise no loss of power, car was running well.
Phone car insurance they said to talk to Body shop who fixed car, So I did
Bodyshop asked who told me whats wrong, get my mechanic to fax over details, So I did
Bodyshop informed insurance co this is not to do with accident
Mechanic said yes it is
I told insurance co it is
Insurance co sent out independant man to look
Independant man stratched his head said he cannot make the call, take to Audi who can tell
Took to Audi at my cost! plugged into machine, No fault codes they also can not say
Now Audi report is with insurance co.
I'm awaiting thier verdit as gone higher up, Audi report has been with insurance co for a week now and I still have no answer! there is also talk of sending out another person to look at my car!
Why do they take so long to decide what is going on? This has been going on since March 30th!!!!
I've filled a complaint with the Ombudsman.
I just want to scream at my insurance company, How many people do they need to look at it? will they keep getting reports until one says a firm NO???
