Agreed.
I think they are trying it on and it's statue barred.
Morally I'd like to think I would pay back my debts (if it's not disputed) whatever the circumstances, but you can never judge until you are in that situation.
I did get a wrong bonus once from my employer and I fessed up and have them the money back. About 9 out of 10 people I asked said they wouldn't.
Actually I currently have a Standaing order not going through and with 300 customers might not get noticed, so I have the same dilemma.
Think I'll fess up and pay for the service.0 -
However I phoned a debt advisory agency and they say that it doesn1t matter how old it is , if it`s sold on the time stats then.
