Tree Fu Tom Question

Hi,

Can anybody put me out of my misery?

My little boy loves Tom and wants us to make the 'thing' that goes on his wrist but we dont know what it is called! Does anybody know?

Hollerpack? It's the thing that provides shortcuts for the spells. Google doesnt come up with anything, nor the BBC website.

Apparently there will be a cut out in the next CBEEBIES magazine - I found this reference on Google (Although the page it linked to didn't reveal anything).

Holopack - I had to make DS a TFT costume recently I cut the sleeves off a blue t-shirt and made the leaf cape from a green IKEA fleece. Made the glove by chopping the fingers off of some magic gloves and the holopack from felt and pipe cleaners mostly.

I used the cbeebies website for the pictures but had to pause the tv to get a good close up of the holopack.

How did you make the belt!? My daughter is pretty sure she is Tree Fu Tom and would flip if she had the costume.

The belt is a jar lid which I covered with tin foil and the "sap stone" is made of three lemon slices glued together to make a half sphere. They are the pretend lemon wedges that you freeze to use in drinks instead of ice but you could probably cut a ball inhalf and use that. I had some pleather left over from making a pirates chest to make the actual belt and it velcros at the back but any normal belt would do.
