Caerleon CarBoot Sale

Hi,

I was hoping that somebody may have an idea of what the car boot sale held every other Sunday in Caerleon is like. Does it get busy (weather dependant)?

Alternatively, any suggestions of good car boots in Newport/ Gwent/ Monmouthshire on Sundays that are quite busy, but preferably do not start at silly o clock in the morning (anytime after 10am would be good)

I've never been but my mum and dad go quite a lot. Also there is one on a sunday at the Newport Auctions site

big one on a sunday morning in gelligaer, hengoed. Says starts at 10am, but quite a few there before then

Cwmbran fairwater high school has a large ish one, sundays around 11

The Caerleon one in the Comprehensive school on Cold Bath Road gets really busy. A good mix of buyers too and the volunteer car park stewards are friendly. £5 a car and the best thing is it is not too early. 11.30am for sellers and buyers 12.00. Toilet facilities and plenty of refreshments available.
