Santander credit card application

Applied today for Santander Credit Card for balance transfer, was given at the end of application a reference number if I needed to contact them. Did not get straight answer, neither a "No" or will let you know.
Has anyone had any experience when applying for their credit card?

All their applications including current accounts do this, you will get an email within abotu 48 hoursDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Already got the Pin Number today....that's what I call fast, let see now how long the card will take to arrive!0

I thought the 123 card was black and the other one red - the 123 card mentions that it is a World Mastercard though , so it looks like they have changed the colour scheme
My card arrived quickly - it appeared on internet banking on the day after I posted the signed agreement and the card followed 3 or 4 working days later (I applied by phone and had a pre-approved offer)
It was possible to perform a balance transfer as soon as the account appeared on internet banking and the payment was sent using faster payments within 2 - 3 daysHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. I activated the card on Monday & requested BT at same time, on Tuesday the transfer had already reached my cc provider. I must say that their customer service have been very efficient so far0

I am glad they have ditched the red cards
I was hoping to get the Santander Shareholder Credit card though because it is gold , but the call centre were unaware of the existence of the card when I phonedHi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
