Where to get best financial advice?

Thanks for the replies and advice so far guys! We think that the tax will be roughly £3000 due for payment in Jan 2013. We can't afford to start put money aside for tax until July this year so will have 7 payments to put aside to pay for the tax.
I've got a bit more information with regards to my CCs.
Yorks Bank CC1 with £9500 on it, on the CC statement the interest says 1.5975% per month on purchases and minimum payment is 2% of statement balance - I don't know what that equates to in annual APR%.
Yorks Bank CC2 with £7900 on it, on the CC statement the interest says 1.850% per month on purchases and minimum payment is 2% of statement balance - again don't know what that equates to in annual APR%.
Final CC is HSBC and CC statement says 1.480% per month on purchases with minimum payment of 3% of standard balance.
Would someone be able to work out what the annual APR% is for all my cards? Thanks!
I presume if I was going to try and pay them of I should start with the Yorks CC2 with the highest interest and then Yorks CC1 and then HSBC card.
On my loan I have 18 payments left with a settlement figure of £3511.160 -
Therotica, thanks for the advice, I do realise it could be tempting to use the credit cards again but the main reason they are so high is that we moved house two years ago and completely renovated it and so my husband had to take 3 months off work so wasn't earning any wages and any extras for the house were going on the credit card. I was also on maternity leave from work so had reduced wage as well - not the best time to be moving and renovating a house but the house was a genuine bargain and a long term investment. Now we are settled, I am back at work and my husband is working again so we don't need the credit cards for day to day leaving and haven't put anything on the credit cards since. We have never used the credit card for luxuries / clothes / holidays etc so we have been quite "sensible" in their use but now in a situation where we can now really tackle the debt on the cards.0
