Zenith and DRP are the same company (as in small print on Zenith paperwork) dont know about ukpc0

DRP and Zenith are the same company as hammer68 rightly says. Just debt collectors and they try to extort money for various parking companies and other firms too. Not just UKPC.
UKPC as you know, are a parking company who operate the usual fake PCN scam. Trading Standards caught up with them last year:
