    No relevance to the lender. Lenders are not dictated to. As they are the ones in control not you. Normally a completion date is set once a mortgage offer has been received.

    Well good news app now fully approved sent to underwriter for sign off and they will be issuing full offer on monday.....hopefully everything should go ok
