Got a old house i had with a ex partner. No longer live there and have found a tennet (used to have premission to let). The permisson to let has expired and now when i have asked nram to renew it it needs me and my ex partner to sign it. Now here is the problem, she has gone walkies. No contact details to nram what so ever…

Dunno why excatly it does but without permission to let it does. Letting without consent means they can take action to take the house. Sure there are other reasons
