Nram

Got a old house i had with a ex partner. No longer live there and have found a tennet (used to have premission to let). The permisson to let has expired and now when i have asked nram to renew it it needs me and my ex partner to sign it. Now here is the problem, she has gone walkies. No contact details to nram what so ever and i only have a email address that she wont respond to the e mails on. I also what to try to change to intrest only so i dont end up out of pocket and the same applys.

They just wont help evan tho they can see she has no contact with them while i have been upfront and in contact the last 3 years. So the situation just gets worse. Any ideas or help??? pleeeassseee

I only looked at this thread to see whether you were asking a monosyllabic question (maximum of 7 words).

May be worth biting the bullet.

You may just end up digging yourself a larger and larger hole.

    why not just continue letting?

can't see what nram could actually do about it as you have given them the full facts
EU tariff on agricultual product 12.2%
some dairy products 42.1% cloths 11.4%

Nram is northern rock asset management. No id owe about 30 grand if it sold and not likely to get a penny from the missing ex. If i rent it out it will cost me about 80-100 per month. How can i just let it out if they wont give me permission? Would make my insureance etc invalid
