hi.we had a loan with sppl back in 2005 and paid it off early in 2006. i,ve been in touch with them to see if we had ppi and we had. be told by them we can,t claim off them but the broker which is fintail they gave me there phone number but its unavailable. so were do we go next.

Give FSCS a call, tell them who the broker was and see if you can make the claim for compensation to FSCS
