First Direct- 3mths on and still no joining bonus???

Not sure what we've done wrong, can anyone help please?

My OH opened 1st direct c/a back in Feb and has been transferring £1500 into it (and straight back out every month since then.

Put £1 into their e-saver to avoid chages as per advice on the forum

Set up two s/orders for £1 each,one to our joint a/c with another bank, one to my a/c with another bank

3 months on and still no joining bonus showing on the statement

Any ideas???

The current £100 T&Cs state you must use their 'easyswitch service' to move 2 DDs and/or SOs from another account (amongst other things).

What did the T&Cs say back in February? Because if they were the same and you set your own SOs up once the account was opened then there's your answer.
