    you've got a shedload of un-needed progs running on startup. Download CCLeaner, go to Tools > Startup and disable all but the antivitrus, reboot the machine and re-run hjt and post the new log....it'll be easier to see the wood without the forest around it ;)

    when you press Ctrl+Alt+Del, it brings up the Task MAnager. On the performance tab, there'll be the commit charge figures - not scary, it shows your RAM useage :)

    YES, shuts down alot quicker also

    IE is very slow and sometimes i get the blank white box in the top left hand corner and are unable to do anything with it....sort of freezes
