Hiya
I am trying to rebuild my credit score due to terrible past debts and applied for the Capital one card. Was declined but was offered the secured card paying £49.00 and received the £200 limit.
I am more than happy with that.
However I received my card at the weekend and from what I'd read on the previous forums the card should be grey MasterCard, mine however is black platinum card?
I noticed someone had asked previously but on incorrect forum so just wandered if anyone else who had the secured card had received the black platinum as well?
Many thanks

From what I know and can see on the website it looks like you may have the progress card. Have you logged online to triple check.
Best give them a call to confirm0 -
Thank you for taking the timers reply. I took another look at the cards available and looks like the click card. For very good credit which is certainly not me. I did use it earlier but it had to be swiped through machine and I had to sign for transaction.
I had checked my agreement and APR defo not click APR and online shows my limit as £200. If I'm not only one maybe they changed the design for the secured card. May call just in case though lol.0 -
Sounds very odd.0

This may well just be card design as I know people who have had various ones. As long as your APR and limit make sense I wouldn't worry too much, but I agree it's probably worth ringing just to check.Officially Mrs B as of March 2013
TTC since Apr 2015, baby B born March 20170 -
Just an update I received a reply today from Captial one who confirmed that the secured card is usually grey however they ran out of grey cards for a while and had to issue a few black cards out instead. All is ok and nothing to worry about. Phew
