Probably daft Amazon question ...

Sorry for what's probably a daft question, but I've been looking on the Amazon website and can't really find an answer.
I ordered a book from a USA seller via Amazon.co.uk a couple of weeks ago, and today I received an email today from Amazon saying that as they hadn't recevied confirmation of dispatch I hadn't been charged for the book. The email goes on to say that I might still receive the book but if I want to know more I should contact the seller directly (done that, obviously haven't heard anything back yet). I've never had an email like this and I'm trying to work out what it means.
I appreciate that this is probably one of those 'exactly what it says on the tin' situations, but I'm guessing that this means that I'm not actually going to get the book? Not a massive issue, I haven't lost anything, but I'd like to know either way so that I can look for it somewhere else and I don't really want two copies ...
Thanks for any help!

You've had a refund so you are free to buy another copy . If book arrives later you can contact the seller and ask them to arrange to collect the book or send a pre paid envelope to return it.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thank you - that's what I thought. The email was just so wishy-washy ...0
